Deposit
A 30% deposit is due upon confirmed and finalized booking.

Cancellation conditions
- In case of cancellation the deposit will be retained
- Cancellation up to six weeks before the start of the vacation: the deposit will be retained, but a cancellation is still possible free of charge
- Cancellation up to two weeks before the start of the vacation: 50% of the total price
- Cancellation less than two weeks before arrival: 70 % of the total price.
- Late arrival, no show or early departure: Price of the booked stay will be charged 100%.
Should something unforeseen come up, we will try to accommodate as much as possible.
