A 30% deposit is due upon confirmed and finalized booking.

Cancellation conditions
We understand that sometimes you may not be able to take your holiday. Please let us know in good time. Cancellations made up to 42 days of arrival will not incur any additional charges, the deposit will not be refunded. For cancellations up to 15 days prior to arrival, 50% of the booked stay will be charged. For cancellations between 14 days and 1 day prior to arrival, 70% will be charged. In case of early departure or no-show, the entire stay will be charged. Cancellations will only be accepted in writing!
IMPORTANT NOTICE: These cancellation conditions are independent of whether the cancelled rooms are rented out again wholly or partially.
